Spring 2025 Symposium


On behalf of the Spring 2025 Program Chairs & Program Committee, we are excited that you have accepted the invitation to attend and participate at the upcoming Cancer Center Informatics Society Symposium, May 16 - 18, La Jolla CA


Your participation and support are deeply valued, contributing to the success of this event and our broader educational society dedicated to NCI-Designated and Community Cancer Centers. By participating in our Symposium, you will receive:


  • One full-year society membership
  • Inducted into Inaugural Cancer Center Informatics Society Speakers Circle (more to come on this)
  • If you opt to contribute, become a co-author for our workshop publication in JCO Cancer Clinical Informatics.


To assist in organizing your participation, we have prepared this checklist outlining all the necessary steps.  Please review all items below:

3.      Registration

  • Speakers must register online here
  • Registration Info for Program Committee, Session Chairs, and Invited Speakers:  You'll receive complimentary full conference registration, but please note that meal costs (receptions, breakfasts, lunches, dinner) are not included
  • Use the provided coupon code at checkout to apply your registration discount (excluding meals).  Kevin (Kevin@ci4cc.org) will email you the assigned code linked to your Name & Organization. 
  • How to use your dedicated code for Registration: (Please follow the steps below)
  1. Complete all required fields on the  registration page  and click Submit Registration.
  2. Click the Go to Checkout button.
  3. Under the total, click Redeem your coupon.
  4. Enter your dedicated coupon code in the field provided and click Apply.
  5. Click the Checkout button.
  6. Review all details on the next page, then click Place Order.
  7. You will see an order confirmation page—please print this for your records and check your email for confirmation.
  8. You’re all set!

4.   Your Presentation

  • Upload your PowerPoint presentation (Link available on May 15th)
  • Presentation Format: Please limit your presentation between 15 and 20 minutes, followed by a brief Q&A session immediately after.
  • NOTE:  You will not be able to use your laptop for presentations.  Event AV team will be coordinating the presentation from the back of the room.
  • All Speakers please be prepared to meet with Sarah Rose Butler the morning of your scheduled presentation to make sure your file is ready to go.  There will be an onsite AV support.
