Spring 2025 Symposium


On behalf of the Spring 2025 Program Chairs & Program Committee, we are excited that you have accepted the invitation to attend and participate at the upcoming Cancer Center Informatics Society Symposium, May 16 - 18, La Jolla CA


Your participation and support are deeply valued, contributing to the success of this event and our broader educational society dedicated to NCI-Designated and Community Cancer Centers. By participating in our Symposium, you will receive:


  • One full-year society membership
  • Inducted into Inaugural Cancer Center Informatics Society Speakers Circle (more to come on this)
  • If you opt to contribute, become a co-author for our workshop publication in JCO Cancer Clinical Informatics.


To assist in organizing your participation, we have prepared this checklist outlining all the necessary steps.  Please review all items below:

  • Hotel & Airline accommodations are required. You are responsible for arranging and booking your own hotel and transportation.

3.    Registration

  • Speakers must register online [Link}
  • Registration Costs:  Members of the Program Committee, Session Chairs, and Special Invited Speakers will have their full conference registration fees covered, however we are unable the costs for food and beverages for the three-day event, which includes receptions, breakfasts, lunches and Dinner.  (Does not apply to Corporate Speakers)
  • During Registration, Please use the coupon code provided at checkout to cover full speaker registration minus the costs of your food & drinks for all three days.  This code will be emailed to you by Kevin (Kevin@ci4cc.org).
  • Please reach out to Sarah Rose Butler (SarahRose@ci4cc.org) via email with any questions about speaker registration codes.


4.   Your Presentation

  • Upload your presentation (Link available on May 15th)
  • NOTE:  You will not be able to use your laptop for presentations.  Event AV team will be coordinating the presentation from the back of the room.


5.  Upload your Headshot and Bio.
