Michelle Green, PhD

Michelle Green, PhD is the Program Leader of the Duke Molecular Tumor Board and in this role coordinates weekly molecular tumor board meetings, manages Duke’s database of clinical next-generation sequencing (NGS) results from oncology specimens, and participates in several clinical research projects.

She received her PhD from Duke University, where she trained in the Department of Pharmacology and Cancer Biology. She also spent several years working in industry as a variant scientist, where she was responsible for the analysis and interpretation of oncology NGS data.
