Exhibit Booth Setup Overview
23rd Cancer Center Summit, May 16 - 18, 2025, San Diego CA
Each exhibitor will be provided with a convenient and professional setup to showcase their organization, including:
- A 6-foot wide table with a standard white tablecloth
- Power access (standard outlet)
- Wireless Internet
- Needing additional AV equipment? please see link to ordering information and instructions [here]
- If necessary, please contact our event AV support provider, Pinnacle Live AV, directly at will.mccann@pinnaclelive.com
NOTE:
- Booths can be setup starting May 15th, Thursday evening, at 9 PM or Friday morning, May 16th, at 6 AM
- Pop-Up Booths: You are welcome to bring your own pop-up booth, as long as it fits approximately the width of your allotted space.
- Backdrops: Backdrops are welcome, however please limit size to 8 feet wide if at all possible.
- All exhibitors shipping packages must fill out and return the "Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa Exhibitor Shipping Form - In & Out Bound Packages"
